Hello friend! You can't do that. This is a violation of contract between you and Google Ads that you agreed not to click the ads for the purpose of yourself, in any manner. Hundreds people such you can give a big loss to many companies advertising with Google Ads.
I'm not being on the side of Google, but I don't like people who likes to cheat to get something. Me myself have a slow traffic and click, and I know that I can do the same thing like that blogger or more to get buckets of clicks, but I still can wait for it because I know the impact that will occur. So, I'm doing this for fun. If it worked well, so it is a big profit for me.
Cheating was considered as a sin in Islam as explained and ruled in Islamic Law of Mu'amalat. Islam already knew about the negative impacts of cheating in business - make loss to other party, slow the growing of economy, making the poor to become poorer and the rich richer. That's why Islam taught all the Muslims not to cheat in any business they come into, even with non-Muslim.
All of Islamic prinsiples and jurisprudences, including Islamic economic jurisprudence are suitable for every people no matter what religion he follows to. This is because Islam is for all, not only for Muslims. So, obeying Islamic rules will benefit all of us.
And, don't be too greedy in your business because what yours is yours and it will come to you, now or later.
